About the Dell $250 pledge
Michael & Susan Dell pledged $250 per child for roughly 25 million children — separate from the federal program. It's private philanthropy aimed mainly at children born before 2025 in income-qualifying ZIP codes. The official ZIP-code criteria have not been published yet; we don't run a fake lookup. Check back — we'll add the real checker the day the criteria go public.
